We are not responsible for courier-related delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

A mandatory unboxing video is required for all return or exchange requests.

Return Conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Request must be raised within 7 days

• Valid unboxing video proof required

Important Product Care & Non-Eligibility:

Silver jewellery may naturally oxidize due to body heat, sweat, humidity, and chemicals. This is normal and not eligible for return.

Gold/rose gold plating may fade over time with usage and exposure. This is natural wear and tear.

Used or damaged items will not be accepted.

Refunds/exchanges are processed after quality verification.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages caused by improper use or lack of care.
